Dr Tracey Cawthorn MD is psychiatrist with a board certification in General Adult Psychiatry and a board certification in the Geriatric Psychiatry subspecialty through the ABPN. She completed her medical school, general psychiatry residency, and geriatric psychiatry fellowship at The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio (UTHSCSA) after completion of her intern year of general psychiatry at Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, Illinois. During her career, she has been able to provide treatment for patients in multiple settings including outpatient clinics, acute inpatient hospital units, post-acute care facilities, acute crisis stabilization units, skilled nursing facilities, teaching facilities, and specialized treatment centers. Dr. Mark Bentley, DO was born in Ohio and completed his undergrad from Shawnee State University. He obtained his medical degree from Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine, he then completed his Family Medicine residency with Kettering Health Network at Soin Hospital in Beavercreek, Ohio. Dr. Bentley has a passion for LGBT+ medicine and is excited to serve this community in San Antonio. Dr. Bentley thrives at providing high quality patient care to the community. Dr. Vamsi Garimella completed his undergraduate degree in Biology at Howard University. He further pursued medicine, earning his medical degree from Howard University College of Medicine. With over 20 years of diverse nursing experience, she has worked in critical settings including high-risk labor and delivery, adult ICU, and emergency services. A veteran of the United States Air Force and native of Wisconsin, Mary holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from CarrollColumbia College, a Master of Science in Nursing from Kaplan University, and recently earned her Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Baylor University Louise Herrington School of Nursing in 2023.

Dr. Rocha joined Hillside Primary Care in February 2025. She is Board Certified in Family Medicine and has been practicing for over 20 years.

Dr. Rocha recently relocated from El Paso to New Braunfels. She enjoys treating her patients for their physical and emotional needs, striving to reach a healthy balance between the two areas of health.

Podiatrist
Dr. Jordan Deliman is a Board Certified Podiatric physician. She graduated from from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, PA. She then completed her residency training at the St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center in Boston, MA.

After years of practice, she has focused to conservative treatment of multiple conditions with conservative and surgical management for diabetic limb salvage.

Her medical philosophy is that everyone’s body has the ability to heal itself with the appropriate care. The patient is the most important part of the medical team as they care for their body the most. She enjoys spending time listening to the patient. Then, moving forward with the most appropriate care plan based on your goals.

Dr. Anais Santoy, DNP, FNP-C, is a compassionate and dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2016 and completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice in 2024 at UT Health Science Center in San Antonio. With eight years of experience as an RN across multiple specialties, she brings a well-rounded and patient-centered approach to her practice.

Anais was born in Mexico and is fluent in Spanish. She grew up in Chicago and relocated with her husband, a proud U.S. Marine, to San Antonio 13 years ago. Mrs. Monalisa Churchman MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC was born in San Angelo, Texas and raised in San Antonio, Texas. She obtained her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from University of Texas at Arlington. Mrs. Churchman has 10 years of nursing experience in various settings, with majority of experience in the cardiothoracic/transplant intensive care unit at University Hospital. Mrs. Churchman has a passion for psychiatric mental health care and went on to pursue her Master of Science in Nursing from Wilkes University. She is now board certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She completed her clinical rotations in outpatient clinics, treating a variety of diagnoses such as anxiety, depression, and ADHD. She excelled in nursing school and completed her residency at The San Antonio State Hospital and with the Bexar County Justice program, both inpatient and outpatient clinics for clients with mental health and substance use diagnoses. Mrs. Karen Johnson is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C). She earned her Master of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner certification from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in 2009. Before becoming a Nurse Practitioner, Karen worked as a critical care nurse for over 20 years with the Methodist Healthcare System in San Antonio. Mariann Craddock, FNP, earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Lamar University – Beaumont in 1999. She gained diverse nursing experiences before settling at McKenna Memorial, now Christus Santa Rosa – New Braunfels, in 2002. Her nursing career flourished there until she obtained her Master’s Degree in Nursing, with a minor in Nursing Education, in 2011. This led to a 12-year career at a community health clinic in Uvalde, Texas, where she balanced her work in Uvalde with her family life in New Braunfels. Now, Mariann is focused on continuing her career with a permanent transition back to New Braunfels and the surrounding areas.

Mrs. Patricia Diaz De Leon, PA-C, is a Nationally Board Certified Physician Assistant originally from Corpus Christi, Texas. Laurie is a native of San Antonio. She graduated as a Diploma RN fromthe Baptist School of Nursing in 1984. She obtained her Bachelors of Nursing in 1986 andaMasters of Nursing as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner in 1996. Both degreeswere from the University of Texas Health Science Center, San Antonio. She earnedan additional Masters of Science degree as a Certified Nurse Midwife in 2013 fromPhiladelphia University in Pennsylvania.

She has worked in many capacities over the years both in military and civilian settings n clinics, hospitals and home health care. She has a passion for teachingand teaches prenatal classes, breastfeeding, baby care currently. She has alsotaught parenting skills, contraceptive management, CPR and first aid. She loves educating and taking care of women across the life and age continuum. She provides evidence based, gentle, empathetic care; always with a listening ear.

On a personal note:
She married (1984) her loving husband Rex, a career soldier and Physician Assistant. They met in church have always served thier local congregations. They serve as aMedical Missionaries, camp counselors and group leaders. They are ‘semi’ retiredbut desire to continue using their medical skills to help people. They love to travel, snow ski, golf and play backgammon.

Laurie will tell you her main ‘job’ and joy in life has been raising and spending timewith her eight amazing children and now seven grandchildren.

Ms. Joni Maxwell is a West Texas native but feels at home in San Antonio. She earned her undergraduate nursing degree from Middle Tennessee State University and has over a decade of clinical experience in emergency rooms, surgery, and pediatrics. Dr. M. Michelle Morse is a proud San Antonio native and recently moved back home to be closer to family. She graduated from New York Podiatric Medicine, completed a surgical residency at New York Methodist Hospital and is board certified in primary podiatry. Dr. Morse has over 20 years experience managing her own private practice in Connecticut.

Dr. Morse has travelled to over 20 countries and has completed several marathons and half marathons. She now enjoys running after her young twins and spending time with extended family and friends. Dr. Morse is a self proclaimed foodie who enjoys cooking and watching sports.

Mrs. Angela Ellis is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner born and raised in San Antonio, TX. Angela completed her undergraduate education at The University of Texas at Arlington and earned her master’s degree in nursing at Western Governors University.  After over 20 years of nursing experience in telemetry, special procedures, and social work Angela returned to school during the COVID pandemic. As a Psychiatric Practitioner, Angela strives to collaborate with her patients, offering support in a safe space to help achieve mental health, wholeness, and well-being.

Diane Turner, APRN, FNP-BC, began her nursing career in 2007, specializing in medical-surgical nursing before transitioning to gastroenterology at Methodist Hospital in San Antonio. Witnessing the impact of inadequate primary care on patients, she decided to pursue a master’s degree at the University of Texas at El Paso, graduating in 2019. Since then, Diane has worked in both internal medicine and family practice. She is a certified medical examiner for the Department of Transportation and is an active member of the Texas Nurse Practitioners and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

Diane is passionate about preventive care and committed to saving lives. She finds great fulfillment in meeting new patients, learning about their unique experiences, challenges, and goals, and personalizing their care to meet their needs.

Outside of her professional life, Diane enjoys spending time with her husband, two sons, dog, two donkeys, and chickens. She is actively involved in her church and loves exploring new destinations around the world.
